An enquiry submitted through this website is a request for information and does not create a contract. Prices, lead times and minimum order quantities are confirmed only in a written quotation from KOS EXIM.
Orders and shipping
Confirmed orders are governed by the sales contract, invoice and agreed Incoterms for that shipment. Delivery schedules may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays or other events beyond our control.
